Sessions cost £50. This fee applies both to online and face-to-face sessions.

Sessions last for 50-55 minutes. We would normally agree on a set time for sessions every week.   

I offer both short-term and long-term counselling. Some clients feel they only need around 6-8 sessions, and others continue for longer. I continually review this with clients.

Face-to-face sessions at Bristol Talking Therapy Rooms (Wednesdays and Fridays) are only accessible via stairs. Face-to-face sessions in Redland (Mondays and Thursdays)  are on the ground floor but there is a gravel driveway and one small step. Please get in touch if you have any questions about accessibility.

Monday and Thursday sessions are held at The Old Chapel, Fairview Drive, BS6 6PW.  Located near Redland Railway Station and a 10-minute walk from Gloucester Road, the room is accessible via public transport. There are on-road  parking spaces in the area (between 9am and 5pm, parking is charged at £1.50 for 1 hour; after these hours, parking is free).
